Is Energy Performance Contracting a good fit for your organization?

Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) is a budget-neutral approach to making capital improvements that reduce energy and water use and increase operational efficiency. Facility owners partner with an energy services company (ESCO) that designs, constructs, and provides up-front financing for the project. The ‘performance contract’ through which the project is executed allows the facility owner to pay back the ESCO over time with the guaranteed future energy savings.
